sub plans 4/6

Good Morning,

1) Write this warm-up on the dry-erase board to the left of the Promethean board (center). Do not write on the Promethean board with dry erase makers please.
a) 5(4 - 10) / 15
b) 45 - (-15)
c) -45 - 15
d) 45 + (-15)
e) -45 - (-15)

2) After 5 minutes, have one volunteer go to the white board and explain the problem.

3) Play this video (students should watch and note worry about taking notes)

4) Have students open their books to investigation 4.4, read the text, then play this video

5) Students should work in pair groups on the investigation.

6)While students are working, have a student check homework (7a:Angelica 7b:Biz)

7) Whith 7-10 minutes left, play this video

8) If there is time remaining, the class can play heads up 7 up or you can have a student(s) play the pyramid panic game from the blog site
